November is the time of year that we all focus the most on gratitude, but it is something that we need to be doing every day, not just a little here and there.

Gratitude is what can help you change your perspective as well as what you attract into your life.

Think about it for a minute…

When you spend your time complaining about all that is going wrong, it seems like another thing and another thing go wrong right after right?

When you spend your time being grateful for what you have, even if it isn’t quite what you had in mind, more great things start to almost fall out of the sky for you.

That is because gratitude brings in more things to be grateful for.

Here’s a great tip to try out that is fun too.

Play the gratitude game.

Sure, you can do this alone and list everything you are grateful for, but you can also do it with a friend or loved one.  You take turns telling each other what you are grateful for about them.  This could also be a fun game to play with your children or at a small get together with friends.

I have heard about this over the years from various people including Esther Hicks and Gabby Bernstein and I think it is so much fun.

It is a way to feel good if you are alone or to feel good and make others feel better too when you do it together. When you involve your children, you are teaching them an invaluable skill that they can use for the rest of their life to feel good no matter what.

So, take time each day to be grateful and try out that gratitude game.  It may be something you start to do every week!
